Wash and slice the pork, prepare to mince it

Add all seasonings to the meat filling

And add about 5 tablespoons of water starch. The addition of water starch can make the egg dumpling skin not easy to break

Grease a pan with a little oil, pour in the egg liquid, and when it’s almost solidified, add the meat filling
