Clean the beef brisket, peel the potatoes, dig out the pieces with a spoon, put them into the water and set aside for later use. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cut the coriander into sections and set aside

Put the beef in cold water and bring to a boil over low heat to remove the blood foam

Put the chopped ingredients into the pot, add ginger slices, green onions, aniseed, coriander, cover the lid of the pressure cooker, put on the steam, turn to low heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pot cool down naturally, then add salt and light soy sauce to taste
