My friend said he wanted to make steamed buns at home, and he happened to have some ingredients at home, so he made pork buns with green beans and mushrooms. Although they didn’t look very good, they still tasted good!

  1. Melt the yeast powder with warm water, pour in the flour and knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for fermentation

  2. Dice the green beans and mushrooms, mince the pork, mince the garlic and ginger

  3. Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add garlic and stir-fry
