Zucchini is called zucchini here. I remember going to Yang Dong’s house for dinner. I tried this cold dish twice and thought it was so delicious! So I made it according to my own taste! It’s really sour and delicious!

Wash and grate the melon into shreds. Don't rub it until it hits the middle part.
