Pickled Chinese Toon Sprouts Scrambled Eggs
Overview
The toon sprouts have been pickled for a year. Today, I took out the scrambled eggs and made some side dishes at home. I scrambled the eggs and added some pickled toon sprouts. Not to mention it was really delicious and particularly fragrant.

Wash the toona buds, squeeze out the water, cut them into sections and put them into a bowl.

Wash and shred green onion and ginger.

Beat in eggs and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the hot pan, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
