My husband loves to eat fennel stuffed meat, but fennel is rare in the market. As long as it is sold, I will definitely buy some to take home to satisfy his craving.

Add eggs, soy sauce, pepper, and cooking wine to the meat filling and stir well.

After kneading the dough, let it rest for a while.
