Crack the eggs into a bowl and add powdered sugar

Stir thoroughly and then add milk and stir well

Cut the passion fruit open and scoop out the pulp with a spoon

Add all the pulp to the bowl and stir evenly

Sift together the low-gluten flour and baking powder and add to the bowl

Use a spatula to stir evenly until there are no lumps

Cut the softened butter into small pieces and heat it in a microwave until it melts into a liquid state, or heat it over hot water.

Pour the melted butter into the batter one at a time and mix well

Mix the batter evenly and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour

Apply a layer of butter inside the madeleine mold to prevent sticking

Put the batter into a piping bag

Carefully squeeze into the mold

Preheat the oven and place the mold on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes
