Prepare the ingredients

Chop green onions, mix 35 grams of mapo tofu seasoning with about 100 grams of water, blanch the tofu in boiling water, then cut into long cubes of about 2 centimeters and set aside

Pour 30 grams of edible oil into the pot and heat it, add 50 grams of minced meat and stir-fry

Fry the minced meat until fragrant (about 4 to 5 minutes)

Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stir slightly to let the tofu absorb the flavor, and then use high heat to reduce the juice (if it is old tofu, you need to extend the time appropriately to make the tofu more flavorful)
