Mung Bean Noodle Balls
Overview
I remember when I was a kid, on the crossroads where my family lived, there was a shop selling meatball soup. The meatballs were fried mung bean noodles and were delicious. At that time, it was only a dime a bowl, and there were a lot of meatballs. I really wanted to eat these meatballs a few days ago, so I started making some to eat. The most traditional way to make this meatball is pure mung bean noodles with white radish.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First cut the white radish into about 3 mm slices, then shred
-
Then chop into cubes
-
Put the diced radish into a basin, add minced ginger, salt and five-spice powder and mix well
-
Break in an egg
-
Add mung bean flour
-
Mix well. The amount of mung bean noodles varies depending on the water content of the radish. It is better to mix it into a thick paste that can be formed into a ball. Because water will break out after adding salt to the radish, there is no need to add water.
-
Form into balls and fry in 50% hot oil until cooked

The fried meatballs are delicious when eaten directly. I gotta love the meatball soup I make with it
