Choose fresh lettuce

Wash and cut into sections

Prepare minced garlic and onions

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add the green onion to the pot, and then add the lettuce

Take a small bowl, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and starch, then add cold water to dissolve

Stir-fry until the oil and vegetables are almost watery, add the juice in the bowl, stir-fry a few times quickly and add shredded red pepper. If you don’t like shredded pepper, you can leave it out😊! Stir in the seasonings and serve!
