Sucrose vinegar bone
Overview
This vinegar sauce goes very well with rice. I often don’t want to throw away the sauce after I finish eating the meat, and leave the vinegar sauce to serve with rice tomorrow. It’s so delicious that I am so happy.

Chop the ribs and set aside.

After all the ingredients are ready, you can open the pot. Heat the oil and sauté the ginger, garlic, star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon until fragrant. Then add the ribs and simmer for a few times. Add the rice wine and simmer for a few times. Then add mature vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cane sugar. Add water to soak the ribs about 2 centimeters, enough water to simmer for an hour.

Cover the pot and simmer for fifty minutes to an hour. When the juice is a little thick, stir-fry twice and turn off the heat.
