Overview
Rose toast, friends who like flower cakes will like it. I used the toast mold from Xuexichu, but the usual 45 minutes for baking was a bit too much. In fact, it saves time and energy. It only takes 35 minutes to bake and the color is beautiful~

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket, turn on the dough button to mix the ingredients and let it sit for 15 minutes

Turn on the kneading button and knead the dough for 20 minutes, and a beautiful glove film will come out

Knead into balls and put in a basin to ferment until doubled in size

Roll up, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes

Place into the Xuechu toast mold, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment

Ferment until 8-9 minutes are full. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 160 degrees. Place it in the middle and lower racks of the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
