Cabbage Stewed Vermicelli

Cut the cabbage into sections, wash and dry to control moisture

Cut the vermicelli into two sections and wash

Chop green onions, cut ginger into sections, and slice pork belly

Heat a pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color.

Add Chinese cabbage, chopped green onion, and ginger and stir-fry until soft

Add boiling water to cover the cabbage. If possible, you can stew it in a casserole for better taste. I was too lazy, so I stewed it directly in the wok.

Add vermicelli, add salt, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat

Just wait until the vermicelli becomes cooked

Take out of the pan and sprinkle with coriander
