Curry rice pancake
Overview
There was a very small amount of rice left, and the child wanted to eat sushi. With my strong encouragement, he was finally willing to try my innovative new way of eating leftover rice, adding his favorite curry, which tasted delicious.

Add the diced ham and green onions to the remaining rice and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of curry powder.

Add flour, eggs, salt and a little water and stir until slightly wet and without dry powder.

Put a little oil in the pot, add the rice paste and spread it out.

Fry over low heat until the bottom becomes crusty, then turn over carefully.

Fry both sides until brown and crispy, then serve.
