  1. Ingredients: Bitter melon, red bell pepper, potatoes, onions, garlic.

  2. Remove the flesh of the bitter melon and scrape off the white film inside the bitter melon to reduce the bitterness. Cut the bitter melon into thin slices.

  3. Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips, chop the green onion into finely chopped pieces, and pound the garlic into minced pieces.

  4. Shred potatoes.

  5. Turn on the heat and pour oil into the pot.
