Mix all the ingredients for the pizza dough evenly, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

After defrosting the mixed vegetable grains, add water to a pot, add salt and cook for about 5 minutes, take out, drain the water, and use kitchen towels to dry the water.

Cook and peel the shrimps in advance and drain them with kitchen towels.

Divide the fermented dough evenly into 6 pieces, each about 60 grams, roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, and press it with your hands into the shape as shown in the picture.

Prick the prepared cake dough with a fork several times to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

Spread tomato paste evenly. At this point you can preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
