Steps
-
Melt milk and butter over water.
-
Put the whole eggs into a water-free and oil-free basin, and add 180 grams of sugar.
-
Beat whole eggs with a whisk.
-
Sift in the flour and mix evenly.
-
Take two to three spoons of batter and put it into the milk and butter liquid and mix well.
-
Pour the mixed batter into the batter bowl and mix evenly.
-
Pour into a paper cup, bake at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.
-
Place a foam ball on top of the new flower pot and insert a toothpick to position the cake. (The cake will not come into direct contact with the foam after it is inserted. If you mind, you can wrap a layer of tin foil around the foam ball.) Wrap the outside of the flower pot with gift paper.
-
Add 20 grams of sugar to the light cream and beat.
-
Put the buttercream into a piping bag and pipe rosettes on the cake.
-
Insert the finished cake onto toothpicks and decorate.
