Continuing with abalone, this time making abalone baby potatoes. By the way, I did a good job a few days ago, but I didn’t take pictures because it was too late and the light was not good. But today, although the light is very good, the presentation of my dishes is not very good, although it tastes very delicious.

Use a knife to separate the meat and shell of the abalone, remove the internal organs, brush off the black stuff on the sides with a toothbrush, and clean them.

Prepare the small potatoes, peel them and clean them.

Cut small potatoes into cubes

Heat the wok, add oil, add minced garlic and peppercorns and stir-fry.

Add small potatoes and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Use chopsticks to pierce the potatoes. When they are almost cooked, add the abalone and cook for another 5 minutes.
