Wash and chop the nine-layer pagoda and put it in a bowl

Chop the dried radish into small pieces and put it into a bowl

Crack in 3 eggs and add a little pepper (dried radish is salty, no need to season)

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid, wait for it to solidify and then turn over to the other side
