Japanese tofu cut into sections

Wash the bell peppers and cut into pieces

Place the sliced Japanese tofu in the flour and coat evenly with flour. Make sure there is flour on both sides

Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. Try to cover the height of the tofu.

Japanese tofu is deep-fried until both sides are golden brown.

Transfer the fried tofu to a plate and set aside.

Make starch into juice with cold water

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Pour oil into the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the bell peppers, stir-fry, add salt and soy sauce, and add Japanese tofu when they change color. Flip gently as Japanese tofu breaks easily. Pour in watery starch. Turn off the heat. Take out of the pot
