I wished I could sit next to the heater all the time. Whenever it's very cold, I especially want to eat hot hot pot or hot meat dishes, such as stewed mutton or braised steak. So my father went to the market very early in the morning and bought a big bag of steaks. I also enjoyed recording all the steps of making it. First clean the pig heart, remove the fascia, boil it in cold water until it is half cooked, and remove the blood.

Clean and cut into uniform slices of one to two millimeters. Because pig heart is easy to get old when fried for a long time, so it should be cut as thinly and evenly as possible.

Wash all kinds of colored peppers and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

Slice ginger and garlic, and cut chives into sections with a diagonal knife.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Over high heat, pour in the pig heart.

Stir quickly until it changes color. (I like to weigh the dishes in the pot. Firstly, they won’t get damaged or stick. Secondly, the dishes in the pot will be more refreshing)

Add a tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add about a tablespoon of light soy sauce and quickly stir-fry evenly.
