Overview
I grow a lot of shiitake mushrooms in my hometown, and now is the time when the shiitake mushrooms are sprouting. This time I went back and brought some small mushrooms that were sifted from the shiitake mushroom bags and were not so good in shape. The taste of small diced shiitake mushrooms is crisp, tender, smooth and sweet, which is far from what large shiitake mushrooms can compare with

A small handful of diced fresh mushrooms
