I think all kinds of fungi taste best only when put in hot pot. Other ways of cooking them are not very tasty, or a bit unpalatable. Haha, maybe my skills are not good! Ho ho ho!

Prepare base and ingredients.

Wash crab-flavored mushrooms and drain.
