Christmas hat tower
Overview
On Christmas day, I just remembered to make some related food to cope with the occasion~~~I was in a hurry... It was already 5 pm when this tower was ready, and the weather was not good. I baked 8 tart shells and only put 3 strawberries on it. It was already dark. I took advantage of my peripheral vision and quickly clicked 2 pictures~~ It can be regarded as a souvenir for this year's Christmas~ha

Ingredients
Steps
-
Let the butter soften in the greenhouse
-
Add sugar and sift in flour
-
Knead it repeatedly with your hands until it becomes coarse sand
-
Add water
-
Knead it into a smooth and non-sticky dough with your hands and let it rest for 1 hour (if the weather is hot, put it in the refrigerator)
-
Then take it out and roll it into dough
-
Use a round mold twice the size of the chrysanthemum mold to carve out a round dough
-
Press the dough onto the chrysanthemum mold and remove excess dough
-
Poke some small holes on the bottom with a fork to prevent the bottom from swelling when baking
-
After processing all the tart dough, place it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes
-
When the tart crust is about to bake, add the light cream to the sugar and beat it
-
Put the whipped cream into a piping bag with a piping tip. After the tart shell is cool, pipe the cream on it
-
Cut off the bottom of the strawberry and place it on the cream to form a hat shape
-
Squeeze a little cream on top of the strawberries and the hat tower is ready
