Soak the kelp and cut it into shreds. After the water in the pot is boiling, add the kelp shreds and cook for 5 minutes, then remove and drain.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded kelp and stir-fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, add the coriander segments and stir-fry evenly.
