Thick and fine grain waffles
Overview
This type is a combination of coarse and fine grains, and the baked waffles are soft and have a good taste (it is also simple and easy to use as breakfast pancakes).

Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and yeast evenly.

Beat the eggs into the water and mix well (you will need a small bowl if the water is not enough).

Add egg water and stir until there are no lumps. Cover with a lid or film and place in a warm place to ferment.

The fermented batter has many small bubbles. This is my temporary recipe.

Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil, scoop out a spoonful of batter and pour it into the pan 20cm to 30cm high from the pan, keeping the distance high enough to keep the cake round.

Fry over low heat until it reaches this state, then flip over and bake again.

Turn over and the color will be even.

My principle has always been to eat as much as I can (I made 6 in total, 2 were eaten by my family) and I must eat less dinner and no overnight meals.
