Sweet and Sour Chinese Sturgeon
Overview
The Chinese sturgeon is originally a nationally protected animal, but in recent years the artificial breeding technology has become more mature. Therefore, although it is more expensive, it is widely popular because of its rich nutrition and tender meat with few spines. It’s quite enjoyable to cook sweet and sour dishes!
