Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes, remove and place in cold water and set aside

Slice the pork belly and cut the cabbage into large pieces

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil

Pour in the cabbage and stir-fry. The bottom of the pot will definitely be slightly smeared at the beginning. Do not add water. If you continue to stir-fry, the cabbage will release a lot of water

Add water to cover the cabbage, add all seasonings except chicken powder, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes
