Onion and Pork Liver Soup
Overview
In this season of spring, children have frequent colds and flu, and my son has poor immunity. This soup is the best food tonic to prevent flu. However, my son is very sensitive to taste. He doesn’t like the taste of pork liver. I can only give him a little soup and tell him that it is medicine and he has to drink it in one sip...😄, but for children who like pork liver, parents can give it a try. Drinking a little bit of it this season is still great for children~

Cook until the onions and carrots are soft. Add salt to taste. You can add a little less chicken essence. My husband won’t allow chicken essence to be used in food for the children. I didn’t. It’s up to personal preference
