Prepare ingredients: peas, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham slices, pork shank, pickled mustard, homemade meatballs (meatballs are also acceptable)

Peel and cut tomatoes into cubes, shred pork leg, and slice mustard.

Put the pot on the fire, add cold water, add shredded pork, ham slices, and mustard. After the water boils, skim off the foam, put in the mushroom water and boil over high heat for 3 minutes. Then add the homemade meatballs, peas, and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Add salt and MSG (without adding a drop of oil) and turn off the heat!
