Cut the washed carrots and beans into sections and set aside the chili and coriander for later use

Boil water in a pot, pour the reserved beans and carrots into the pot and boil

Soak the cooked beans and carrots in cold water until cool and set aside

Take out the cooled beans and carrots, put them into a plate, mix with salt, chicken essence, vinegar and sesame oil, then garnish with the chopped chili and coriander and it’s ready to eat
