Spicy fern stir-fried tofu
Overview
I like to eat bracken, especially pickled spicy bracken, whether it is stir-fried meat or stir-fried vegetables with a little spicy bracken to go with rice. Bracken is a wild vegetable with high nutritional value. It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, organic acids, cellulose and multiple vitamins. It has the functions of refreshing, removing greasiness and aiding digestion. Stir-fried tofu with spicy bracken adds a spicy flavor to the plain tofu. When you eat it, you have the softness of tofu and the crispness and refreshing taste of bracken.

Cut the tofu into 2 cm square tofu pieces, then blanch them in a pot of boiling water to remove the beany smell, remove them and set aside.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Unpack the spicy bracken and pour it into a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry gently.
