Overview
This dish is mainly seasoned with tomato sauce. It is relatively simple. Just control the oil temperature and fry it over high heat. It is sweet and sour and suitable for all ages. It is red in color and is also very good as a family banquet dish.

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips, put it in a bowl, mix well with salt and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes;
