Polish pitaya toast
Overview
I prepared the Polish ingredients, but I didn’t have time to bake bread, so I used the bread machine. I weighed all the ingredients and put them into the bread machine, and selected the program. Two hours later, the bread was freshly baked. The lazy version of dragon fruit toast is quite good

Mix the Polish ingredients well, cover and place in the refrigerator to ferment for 10 hours.

The fermented dough smells slightly sour, and when picked up with chopsticks, there are long strings and many dense pores.

Put all the main dough ingredients and Polish seeds into the inner pot of the bread machine and start the bread program.

Take out the baked bread and let it cool on its side.
