Overview

I made this dish with some left over from the roasted mushrooms. No ingredients were wasted. A great woman can always make delicious meals with simple ingredients😄

  1. Drain the water from sliced mushrooms

  2. When the soybean oil is eight minutes hot, put the meat in the pan and stir-fry until it is cooked. Add the ginger, slice the onions and carrots and stir-fry until it is eight minutes cooked. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry the thirteen spices for a few times. Then add the drained mushrooms and continue to stir-fry

  3. Leftover steamed potatoes from the night before, cut into cubes and set aside

  4. After the mushrooms are fried and browned: add the cut potato cubes

  5. Stir fry for a few minutes and add green pepper and garlic. Stir a few times and it’s ready to go
