Honey red bean short rib buns
Overview
I made a pot of honey red beans, and my children wanted to eat honey bean bread. I kneaded the dough in the middle of the afternoon and fermented it. By the time it came out of the oven, it was already late at night. How could I eat just one of these sweet short rib buns? The dough was kneaded a little too much, so I made sausage sesame bread for the children.

Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients together, knead it into a smooth dough, add corn oil little by little until a complete film can be pulled out, and let it rise until it is more than doubled in size.
-
Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 16 pieces of about 50 grams each (I made sausage bread from the remaining dough)
-
Make the dough into a round shape, then flatten it and add honey red beans.
-
Wrap into a round shape with the seam facing down.
-
Arrange into baking pan. (I forgot to take a picture of the process, so I used another bread diagram instead)
-
Let it rise until doubled in size, brush with egg wash, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle and upper layers, about 18 minutes.
