Honey red bean short rib buns

Honey red bean short rib buns

Overview

I made a pot of honey red beans, and my children wanted to eat honey bean bread. I kneaded the dough in the middle of the afternoon and fermented it. By the time it came out of the oven, it was already late at night. How could I eat just one of these sweet short rib buns? The dough was kneaded a little too much, so I made sausage sesame bread for the children.

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients together, knead it into a smooth dough, add corn oil little by little until a complete film can be pulled out, and let it rise until it is more than doubled in size.
