After the dumplings are wrapped, brush a layer of oil on the surface of the pan, add the dumplings, and fry slowly over low heat. During this period, you can shake the pan to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pan. When the bottom of the dumplings has turned into a golden and crispy shell, add water to cover the bottom of the dumplings, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes before serving~
