Colorful glutinous rice balls
Overview
This year's glutinous rice balls are colorful, because there are many kinds of fillings, and they always need to be distinguished by different colors. Therefore, glutinous rice balls skins are available in various colors. The two kinds of colorful wrappers I made today are filled with jam sesame filling and bean paste filling respectively. When you eat it like this, you can see the filling clearly when you see the skin.

Mix the glutinous rice flour with boiling water to form a dough, then take out 2/3 of it and divide it into 4 portions. Use matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and cocoa powder respectively. Separate the cocoa powder on the two doughs, one with more and one with less, and mix into two dark and light cocoa doughs
