Sago, Pumpkin and Millet Porridge
Overview
I rummaged through the cupboard and found the last bit of millet and half a can of sago. I couldn't remember when I bought it. Destroy them quickly. Millet is rich in zinc, which can promote appetite, enhance immunity, and promote growth and development. Children especially need zinc supplements. It also has the effect of regulating sleep. Millet porridge is rich in nutritional value and is known as ginseng soup. But my millet is not sticky, so adding some sago can just improve the taste. Then I cook it with pumpkin in an electric pressure cooker to make porridge. It is fragrant, soft and has a good texture. The cooking method is so simple, it feels like it couldn’t be simpler.

Wash the millet in a bowl with clean water several times
