I like to use pumpkins to make steamed buns. They are made into flower-like buns, which are beautiful and delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve done it, and I’m quite satisfied with it this time.

  2. Peel and steam the pumpkin.

  9. Knead the dough again into a smooth dough and deflate the air. Cut into equal doses.

  10. Roll into discs. Five pieces are stacked together.
