Overview
Morels contain tumor-inhibiting polysaccharides, antibacterial, and antiviral active ingredients. Combined with the moist duck meat, it is a very delicious and nutritious soup.

Rinse the morels with clean water and soak them in pure water until soft

Blanch duck meat and wash

Take a stew cup and put the duck meat, morels and ginger slices

Separate the sediment from the water used for soaking the morels, and pour it into the stew cup. If the water is not enough, add an appropriate amount of purified water until it is 80% full

Place into a stew pot, cover with lid and simmer for 3 hours
