Prepare and wash the ingredients

Cut all into cubes and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry all the diced vegetables and chicken for 8 minutes

Add appropriate amount of hot water and boil for one minute then turn off the heat

Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of curry cubes and stir well until melted

Then heat over high heat until thick. If too thick, add water. If too thin, heat for a while

Pour the rice into a small bowl and place it upside down on the plate. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top to garnish
