Prepare materials

Put butter and corn oil in the pot

Dip ox tail bones in flour

Fry for 2 minutes

Flip and add minced garlic and bay leaves and saute until fragrant

Pour cooking wine along the edge of the pot

Add water to boil and skim off the foam

Make juice from two tomatoes, add to the soup and cook for 1 hour

Prepare side dishes, cut potatoes, carrots, onions into cubes, cut cabbage into sections, and cut tomatoes into cubes

Add the oil to the pan and sauté the green onions first

Add potatoes, carrots and cabbage and stir-fry

Add them to the soup pot

Cook for another half hour

Add tomatoes and salt and cook for 15 minutes

Sprinkle black pepper before serving
