Crispy Shrimp Steak
Overview
My baby especially likes fried things. This crispy shrimp is crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside. It is smeared with Kewpie mayonnaise on the outside. It is beautiful and delicious.

Wash the shrimps, remove the heads and shells, cut open the tails and pat them a few times to spread them as flat as possible.

Add a small amount of cooking wine (I used rice wine) and pepper to the shrimp tails and marinate for a few minutes.

Sprinkle shrimp tails with starch

Then add the egg liquid

Coat in bread crumbs

The shrimp tail processing is completed. Prepare a pot and add cooking oil.

When the oil is hot, add the shrimp tails, fry until golden brown, and transfer to a plate.
