  1. (Single serving) Ingredients to prepare: a small amount of olive oil (I don’t have it at home, I used rapeseed oil instead), 90 grams of pasta, 30 grams of milk, half an egg, a small spoonful of cream cheese (Frischkäse), half an onion, a mushroom, 2 slices of pork (35g) (bacon is also OK), a small spoonful of Parmesan cheese powder, and appropriate amounts of salt and pepper.

  2. Follow the directions on the pasta bag to cook the pasta and cover it in water without draining.

  3. Pork slices, onions, mushrooms, diced and set aside.

  4. Prepare the sauce: Combine eggs and milk and stir well. Add cream cheese and mix well.

  5. You have to add cheese powder little by little to prevent lumps from forming.

  6. Mix well. If there are small lumps, crush them with a spoon.

  7. Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, when the oil is hot, add the diced pork and stir-fry for a minute.

  8. Add mushrooms and onions and stir-fry for two minutes.

  9. Remove the pasta from the water and add it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  10. Pour in the sauce.
