Ingredients: Luffa, minced pork, corn kernels, bell pepper, corn starch, baby soy sauce, shrimp black sesame powder, black sesame avocado oil

Remove the outermost layer of skin from the loofah, cut into small sections and use a spoon to make a small dimple on the top.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, corn starch, shrimp and black sesame powder to the minced pork, corn kernels, and bell peppers and mix well.

Put the prepared meat filling into the loofah.

Add appropriate amount of water to the remaining corn starch and soy sauce and mix thoroughly,

Put black sesame avocado oil in the pot

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce to water and mix thoroughly. Heat black sesame and avocado oil in the bottom of the pot. Add soy sauce starch and water and heat until it becomes a paste.

Pour the sauce oil prepared previously onto the steamed loofah.
