1. 1 Chop ham sausage, spinach, and shrimp into small pieces and set aside.

   

2. 2 Add eggs to flour, stir with appropriate amount of water until it becomes a paste, add salt and white pepper.

   

3. 3 Heat a frying pan and pour in olive oil. Pour the egg batter into the pan and fry it into a round cake. Cut it into a heart shape with a heart-shaped mold. Place it on a plate and pour tomato sauce on it. It's done.
