【Henan】Passion fruit cake
Overview
Passion fruit has become my family’s favorite fruit this year, especially my girl (daughter-in-law), who loves passion fruit very much. She has no resistance to the nectar and desserts made from passion fruit. She loves every one she makes. Last time I made bread, she liked it very much. Today I made a small cake with passion fruit honey, and the girl kept saying it was delicious. My little grandson also eats as soon as he catches one, and after finishing it in one sitting, he still wants one. My mother-in-law also likes to eat soft cakes, so she made a baking pan. The baking pan I used is a 12-piece square mold from the cooking school. The finished product was 12 small cakes, which were eaten by the whole family in one day. There is strength in numbers, haha!
