Shrimp Poached in Wine
Overview
This dish is inspired by Allrecipe. The mellow white wine gives the shrimp a different taste and feeling. During the entire cooking process, not a drop of water is added (except for the 2TBL water in the water starch). All white grapes are used for sprinkling. On the basis of the original text, a few brightly colored vegetables are added to make the whole dish look better.
