Stir-fried meat with cucumber

It's summer, cucumbers are on the market. I bought two, one for patting and one for stir-frying.

Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces.

Prepare some ginger and garlic.

Cut the lean meat and marinate it with some starch, light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the lean meat and stir-fry over medium heat.

When the meat is about 70% ripe, add cucumber, add some salt and stir-fry.

Remove from the pan. You can eat cucumber raw anyway, so you can fry it as much or as little as you like.
